Patch is for 6.03 version. It doesn't work on latest 6.13.

I didn't understand what site rule I violated?

I wrote that the patch does not treat the software correctly. Activation seems to pass, the program ceases to require activation, but the program stops working. It does not turn on (the program has an On / Off switch — and it is always in the “Off” state when you try to turn it on) and does not perform its functions.
