Next, the portable version is activated (you can check it on «About» when you execute portable), so I don't know why you were trying to double activate it...
About the medicine, it's the one which works for this soft.
Second, I said «The medicine won't work on v9.20 and later!» NOT ON v9.0.2! Your eyes probably tricked you seeing v9.2.0 as v9.0.2!
And about the «The medicine won't work on v9.20 and later!», why is that? Did you experiment it or just talking nonsense?
