I'm the one who designed 90% of the widgets and themes, so I know 100% what I'm saying..

The developer Tony turned this to free for a long time now, the app's online gallery is FREE except 3-4 themes made by me. There are no limitions. So there is no PRO anymore. (users can freely download and use the same version from official site. Steam version is like a donation. No difference).
I know that you have the role of Admin or Moderator here, but personally speaking I'm a major uploader, Moderator and Admin for more than 15 years now, and I friendly suggest you to not be so aggressive with the members who join your website..

I seriously doubt a new version of XWIdget will be released. Unfortunately, I lost track of the developer three years ago, and that issue with the weather core broke a major part of the program. I really hope the developer comes back and fixes the problem.
Anyway. I'm glad we clarified it. Keep the good work with your site.
