What links are not working? Just checked — everything downloads without problems ...13

I haave attached a screen shot, basically it says that this file cannot be downloaded securely in Edge and Chrome will not download but does not show an error.

Then it's browsers' fault, not link's. Sometimes the browsers doesn't download files because they basically see them as a virus, same happens with any antivirus program (for understand better, you have a topic here which is "About Patch...", read it if you need to). 
We recommend you to use Portable Firefox to try and download the same file. On Firefox, at first it appears that the file may contain any innapropiate code or something else, you just click on 'Continue' or 'Take risk' (i can't remember exactly what it is written), and there you have the archive.
For Edge and Chrome, usually it's the same thing as in Firefox, I don't know if that changed 'cause i don't use these browsers. For Chrome, did you check the settings on the browser?
