It's not a manager, it's a dispatcher.  

In computer terms, there is no manager, just like there are no servis, there are Services. That's how it is -)

You have a bad translator, it doesn't translate correctly, it spells the wrong thing.

Which translator are you writing about? And what don’t you like about the name of the program? This is the official name of the program and we have not translated it…

It's Google Translate that we have for you to use it in case you need to translate the website to your language. It's not our translator cause we are not Google, so if you're leaving a comment as yours, at least recommend us another translator, not just «blaming» cause it seems like it's out fault that it doesn't work properly.
Lastly, many websites use the same translator as us, and I don't see anyone commenting such things as you.

I will say more — 90% of sites (this is the minimum!) use this translator. And if something is not translated to him the way he thinks it should be translated, then he can use the translator built into the web browser…
