If I have offended you in any way I apologize. I just wanted to let you know that the program is not working as it should. In your screenshot if you look at the red button on the bottom left and click on it, it will probably tell you that the TSplus-Security service is not working, which implies that the entire program does not fulfill its function. Anyway, please know that I really appreciate your effort. My comment was only intended to help.

You didn't offend me in any way! I just want to understand what's wrong with the activation. I'll try to watch more today if possible. I need to finish setting up my virtual machine and then I will have the opportunity to test activation for some more time. It's a pity that this happened, but maybe we can find some other solution to activate this program.

P.S. Unfortunately, the problem with starting the service is reproduced for absolutely everyone. We are waiting for a new medicine…
