JAM Software SpaceObServer is a comprehensive disk space management and reporting tool for Windows servers. It helps organizations understand, manage, and optimize their storage environments by scanning and analyzing disk space usage on various systems, including local drives, network drives, Exchange mailboxes, SharePoint, Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, and Linux/Unix servers (via SSH).

Continuous Storage Monitoring and Analysis: SpaceObServer utilizes a background service to regularly scan and record file system information, storing it in an SQL database. This enables continuous monitoring of storage space usage across multiple platforms.
Historical Data and Trending: By archiving scan results, SpaceObServer allows tracking disk space usage development over time, including growth statistics and forecasting future needs.
Detailed Disk Space Visualization and Analysis: Users can visualize disk space distribution in hierarchical or tabular views, as well as with charts (3D bar, pie, line charts, tree maps), gaining insights into folder sizes, occupied space, and file counts.
Flexible File Search and Filtering: SpaceObServer offers a powerful file search feature with various criteria like size, last change, creation date, extension, path patterns, file attributes, owner, and NTFS permissions.
Duplicate File Detection and Deduplication: The software can identify duplicate files based on various criteria (e.g., name, size, date, MD5 checksum) and helps recover server space by replacing them with NTFS hardlinks.
