Nevermind, I found the file download link in the source code of Oxy.Cloud

Well, Oxy.Cloud works, but I can't somehow download via Telegram or Browser. 
When I try via Telegram, I type /start command and nothing happens.
When I try via Browser, the file just doesn't upload, and I can't download it.

Oxy.Cloud link doesn't work properly. Is there further updated Big Fish Games Keymaker of September-October 2023? 
Can you please give Google Drive link at least?
