What I would like to ask you is a bit special, and probably difficult to achieve. But when you have the will, you can do anything: it is to find a trick to have a fixed, horizontal menu bar, like in Firefox, for example, or Internet Explorer.
The same problem arises for Microsoft Edge.
That is why, these two software, Google Chrome and M.S Edge, I NEVER use them!!
The menu bar they contain, both of them, is difficult to use, a waste of time and lacks readability! I am the 'old games, old habits' type.
I am sure that there are tens, even hundreds of millions of computer users who are like me.
Could you take on this BIG challenge and make millions of users happy, and be the subject of immense, even worldwide, recognition?!
