antivirus program — off, I only use a portable. I tried it 21.0.3 (from Downtopc) Portable and it works without any problems.

21.0.5 Portable — It's not working

I followed the instructions, but the next time you start it up, it says: 

WYSIWYG Web Builder did not close properly last time it was
run and will now clean up. Please then start WYSIWYG Web
Builder again manually.

The program isn't even in the folders anymore. I've tried three times, and you can't even delete it.
The only solution is to restart the PC and delete the folder.
