I have the same problem when installing and running the program with the internet disabled. This message doesn't appear in the portable version. Previous versions of this program didn't have this problem.

commented in Steinberg VST Live Pro 3.0.30Team V.R has also released Steinberg VST Live Pro 3.0 with Activation Manager Unlocker b10 by V.R. In my opinion, it's a more user-friendly installation than messing around with the Emulator R2R, which doesn't always work correctly.
