Just a note… the latest version posted here: «OCCT 14.2.5.99 Stable RePack (& Portable) by elchupacabra» — offers absolutely no benefit over the free version (that I can see). Still get the 10 sec time delays when running benchmarks, etc.

Thank you very much for your attempt to fix this. Unfortunately, the «patch» file you uploaded is for Gilisoft Video Editor Pro and does not seem to work on Gilisoft File Lock Pro? The program starts up in Chinese (I can fix it to English) but I can't see a chance to enter a serial #…

There is no patch included in the «Keygen & Patch by RTLS» download, only keygen. Do you have the patch?
