I am sorry and apologize that my method didn't work at all, I hadn't even seen that it ran out over time even though it said, for example, 26 days left. But thanks to UClinux and Dimar0n, we now have a 4.3 version that works.
I got a kenel error after reboot, but after a compelete uninstall with IObit Uninstaller and a restart into «Disable Driver Signature Enforcement» and tryed again it worked like charme and it says «Registeted». I use Win11 and the PrimoCache_Srv_Mui_Setup_4.3.0 from the Github link above.
