I solved the problem as follows:

1. The portable version: «Helium Music Manager 18.0.686 Premium» 
    unpacked.

2. From the «Helium Music Manager 18.0.687 Premium Portable» the 

    Copied the «Helium» folder into the unpacked version «18.0.686» and had everything replaced.

Then started and everything was OK. it is now version «18.0.67».

I can now select/change all languages ​​again.

In the portable version, NO language can be selected.

The text «no translation» appears on the start screen right from the beginning.

The program starts, but every menu/submenu and tab displays «no translation».
