Color Vision 1.3.2
Determine what color the person sees for various combinations of red, green, and blue light. Describe the color of light that is able to pass through different colored filters.
The application throws you directly into the simulation right on launch. There are two modes of operations which are accessed from individual tabs, namely RGB and single bulb. While the first is only fitted with simulation controls, such as stopping and running the simulation one step at a time, the second section lets you specify the bulb type and beam view.
As far as the RGB bulbs section is concerned, it exemplifies how the three main colors, namely red, green, and blue are combined to form everything else. Each comes with its own slider to adjust intensity, which in return displays a color updating in real time as the new beams reach the destination. Sadly, corresponding RGB values are not displayed.
The single bulb mode only focuses a beam of light to a source. The simulation here can be done by adjusting either the color of the lens filter, or for the lens and bulb. The lens can be turned off to focus the beam alone.
We are adding features to make our simulations more inclusive to learners with diverse needs and within diverse environments. Find all sims with inclusive features.
