You probably remember my classic BloatynosyApp, which had to go through some renaming and eventually got discontinued. Everything that came after, like the web-based «Winpilot,» didn't last long either. Honestly, I thought I was done with Bloatynosy-well, at least with the name. But then, during a recent visit to a well-known company, I saw an employee Googling the app and trying to download it, and I had to stifle a laugh. Apparently, the legend lives on. The employee and I had a good laugh about it, and he even called it the epitome of debloating.

xd-AntiSpy — is a small project I worked on for a client who, unfortunately—or maybe fortunately—switched to Linux. Now, I can release it publicly. I took another look at it and tweaked a few business features for private users, some of which even come from Winpilot. Other than that, this program has nothing in common with my other small apps under the hood, as it was designed with a focus on durability and longevity.

Winpilot 2024.7.1 Portable

Winpilot will pick up where Bloatynosy left off. The plan was originally just to rename the AI version, but this time we'll do it right and completely turn our backs on Bloatynosy. I've been playing around with a few names over the past few weeks, which are now making their way into Winpilot as plugins, such as CoTweaker and ClippySupreme, which also doubles as the main assistant in the Winpilot app designed as a chatbot. I might also introduce some classic Bloatynosy functions natively as «plugins». Otherwise, the new Winpilot app is largely based on a hybrid web basis.
