There is a error when install DXO Pureraw 5.6.0.9 :

Error reading from file.C:\User\***\AppDatal\LocalTemp\Temp\Adobe\Lightroom\Modulesl\DxOPureRAWv5.import.irplugin\info.luaVerify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Can you help me please? Thanks.
