Patched exe from CareUEyes Pro v2 4 10 0-BTCR (from IPTorrents) gave me just 2/72 positives
and also that .exe is about 1/2 size of this patch
yeah and BTCR is just 2.4.10, the newest is 2.4.11 - 24 June 2024
