    I'm having a problem with this file? Nothing happens when I click setup from within WinRAR. When I extract to a folder and run install from there nothing happens but after waiting a few minutes the exe inexplicably and suddenly disappeared from the folder.  I tried to install both as admin as well as the normal way.
