DoneEx XCell Compiler
It's currently on version 3.1.11.

It is, without a doubt, the best compiler for EXE of Excel files with VBA, but it's absurdly expensive and I cannot buy it. I've never seen any reverse engineering to turn it on. This is a big challenge for crackers.
