Hi, so I found a fix to get rewotob579's method working:
0 — The path to TBH is incomplete. Should be (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Harmony 25 Premium\Harmony 25 Premium.lnk)
1 — Replace all («) characters with double quotes ("") without the parenthesis of course

2 — Create a shortcut to the .bat file
3 — Right-click on the shortcut and select 'Properties'
4 — Click 'Advanced' and Enable the Checkbox 'Run as Administrator'
5 — Have fun Animating

Update: It's working. I almost can't believe it. Amazing work.

The .bat file method recommended by rewotob579 didn't seem to work for me. It could never seem to find the lmgrd.exe file, even when it was sitting right above it. I do appreciate the effort he made in trying to streamline the whole process, but I guess my PC just doesn't play well with his method.

I've been roaming the seas trying to get TBharmony for a while now, but every single package I install never actually runs. I'm optimistic about this build, and I'll check back with an update if I've been able to get it running.

This seems a very impressive project. The UI elements seem to be very well-thought-out. Especially the task bar below… much better than what windows is currently offering. I would consider keeping a close eye on this one, and see if it develops into something more interesting in the near future.
