Имеется снижение скорости, периодично — канала связи и применение Psiphon.  Автоматический выбор не лучшее. Пробуйте другие каналы. Хорошая скорость обеспечивается при установке программы и выборе альтернативныъх серверов.  Скоростные каналы? Германия, Нидерланды, Норвегия, ets… Ищите лучшее сами. В целом, работает очень хорошо.
